Pikes Peak Industries, Inc., warrants their products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. It does not cover failures due to accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations or misapplication. Deffective products returned to Pikes Peak Industries, Inc., will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and returned to the customer with shipping cost prepaid.
Pikes Peak Industries, Inc., shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use or misuse of their products.
This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights and he/she may have other rights which vary from state to state.
